Sussex Sash is a company that specialises in the repair, restoration and replacement of traditional joinery sliding sash windows,

The owner, Darren, got in touch because he felt he was not getting enough enquiries through his website, and he had some concerns about emails getting lost.

So, we did a Local SEO Audit of the business and certainly found some issues we could improve on. And as part of the whole project, we took control of his domains and set up a robust email hosting service.

Please see our full article on what we did for Sussex Sash and how we solved multiple issues, improved his online visibility and streamlined his systems as far as client communication was concerned.

  • Pathway Management Web System

Surrey Hockey Association, like so many county associations since the governance re-structure by the National Governing Body, is now primarily focussing on junior hockey activity and were in need of a SAAS to run their parent, player and coach management tasks, as well as a forward facing website to inform parents and players of the Development Centre (DC) and Academy Centre activities the county organises.

This website was part of a bigger project where we also created the Pathway Management Software, as well delivering initial training, video tutorials and on-going support.

Surrey chose to go with a management package that will have Moose do all their updates for them as the various cycles start and finish every year.

Jeelek is the electrical contractor and project management firm owned by Keith Coleman.

Keith came to us with a logo and a very clear idea of what he wanted to show on his website. After we sent his logo to the graphics team to be re-drawn and vectorised, IWD did all the research and wrote most of the content.

We transferred his domain away from a less desirable ISP and set up his email hosting. We cajoled Facebook into giving us back control of his business page, which we then optimised, while also creating his Google Business Platform.

Keith sends us periodic updates so that we can keep the content on the site fresh and do some updates on GBP and Facebook.

Having battled unsuccessfully with Etsy for many weeks after their online shop was shut for no reason, the owners of Bees Little Shop decided it was time for their own website and E-commerce platform.

Moose Digital Media refreshed their branding and created a website and online shop with all the bells and whistles: full training, MailChimp connection, automatic incentive emails, etc. We set up the payment processor and took care of the shop set-up to the point where all the owners had to do was add the rest of their products.

Water pollution is one of the most urgent challenges facing the world in the 21st century, threatening human health, disturbing aquatic ecosystems and hindering economic growth.

The Limnological Solutions International (LSI) companies consist of LSI Australia and LSI Europe, two niche consultancies which focus on the assessment and restoration of impacted water bodies according to cost-effective and scientifically-sound principles.

Moose Digital Media created this site without ever meeting the Germany-based owner in real life. Discovery meetings, as well as first views and editing meetings, were all done via Zoom using screen share.

Since the site was first built, we have added German, Spanish and Dutch translations. No Google translate used here! All content was translated by native speaking translators.
